Minnesota has nice springs and falls. The winters can be depressing, especially in February. The Summers can be nice, but the humidity level can make them unbearable. Everyone says Minnesota nice, but there are so many cliques well into adulthood it isn't funny.

Kentucky: The cost of living is great, but hoo boy, you get what you pay for. The people here tend to forego southern hospitality in favor of southern belligerence, and if you live in one of the major cities, you get good ol' boy arrogance and hipster arrogance for the price of one. Bad schools, buildings and neighborhoods tend to be run-down (people litter like it's their full-time job), the job market is hit-or-miss... it's not the kind of place where you should lay your roots.
But man, the cost of living is nice. And the booze. It's useful as a stepping stone toward greener pastures. I'm excited to move after I finish grad school, but in the meantime, it could be worse. --- The music was thud-like. The music was... thud-like. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Super random assortment of ideals and types of people. Some people in Michigan are the nicest you'll meet and others are the worst kind of trash. But it's like 99% of my experience on earth, so how could I think otherwise
