You should be allowed to walk, run and hike for health reasons, assuming you practice social distancing.

Today would have been the first gym day of the week for me, but since that's not happening, I will do ring fit adventure every day on switch, as well as push ups, dumb bell excercises. I also have resistance bands coming in the mail.

I will try to walk in don't capacity every day and run 3x a week as well.

Currently at the gym on my push day of PPL, finishing with a 20 min treadmill walk.

For diet I alternate between one month of keto/IF/OMAD and one month of carb cycling.

Hiking, same as my normal exercise.

Nice outdoor activity that not a lot of folks engage in so the trails are usually pretty empty

There's like no one at my gym, even at peak times. And I live in a pretty dense suburb not too far from Miami, FL. Just wear gloves and don't touch your face.

my local gym here in NJ was forced to shut down. i had my last chest/shoulders workout on Sunday. Very sad times. Still trying to figure out how i'm gonna work out at home.

My job has been decimated (travel agent) so to keep myself from stressing, Im praying to God almost all the time, spending time with my wife and pups, playing Ring Fit Adventure, and riding my stationary bike. Gotta stay in shape cause otherwise my mind will wander, Ill worry, Ill fret, and not eat right, etc.

You can also do biceps curls and lateral raises (standing) and overhead extensions for triceps (laying down on your bed), just get a jug of water or something dense. Maybe do deadlifts with a piece of furniture.

Other accessory movements like bicycle crunches, pullups if you have a bar, fence or door frame that's sturdy.

it's tough man. I always said half the battle of working out was actually going to the gym itself. Once I was there I knew it was time to get to work. But at home, you get distracted, you don't take it as seriously. Hopefully that changes in time...

If you stay committed then it'll be easier. I bought myself one of those Maxi Climbers last year to get me to start taking fitness more seriously.

But yeah, plenty of options at home. Just gotta stay focused and do it.

It turns out that basically 90% of my town is currently out of work or out of school. That basically means that every one of them is clustered out on the bike trails. Groups of sniveling little kids and massive groups of people.

so much for taking a ride to stay in shape. These fucking parents parade their groups of kids around so much that its like riding through a preschool event. Some people have no consideration for others...
