I'm guessing 2-4 months if the summer weather weakens the virus, but 6-12 months if it doesn't.

I'd say it should be more when will the mass populous start ignoring the quarantines and just go back to normal. Unless the government is going to send out money on a biweekly basis, I doubt it'll last longer than three weeks.

I hope to god this doesn't last more than a month, it's already grating on my nerves.

China just had it's first day with no new cases, so there is some hope we will have something close to normalcy down the road. We may have to keep up social distancing for a bit though, just to try and prevent this in waves.

The entire Country should be on the same plan of isolation. Not some states do it this way, others do it this way, etc....

Everyone in isolation for 21 days (just to be extra safe). None of this restaurants can do take out only shit or grocery stores being open.

Give everyone a week head start to gather supplies and what have you. Then start the mandated isolation on a set date.
