I once dated a girl who had befriended a number of juggalos, a number of whom had that tattoo. That was, it must be said, the worst 18 months of my life. The moment I cut contact with her, I booked myself in for a full battery of STI tests and general bloodwork.

What would be the point of that? Fun fact: I refer to my paternal grandmother as Nosferatus sister. I was convinced that she would go on forever, feeding off spite, drama and the blood of innocents until she finally popped her clogs a few years ago
