back. like, I think there was only one time he even acknowledged me with a head nod, but I always feel dumb. I get the feeling that hes all like "there goes that damn weird guy waving at me again. whats his deal?" Ive never even spoken to him, but I always wave trying to be a good neighbor. am I doing socializing wrong?

Knowing nothing else about the situation, it could be just him. Some people are just anti-social with neighbors. My parents are the same way. They avoid even the most basic interactions. It kind of sucks but don't take it personally.
