Nah I love going to the highest point in an open world game like Spiderman 2 and San Andreas and just jumping off and falling to my death. Shit's funny to me and i don't know why >_>

I had too much fun leveling up Acrobatics in Oblivion by repeatedly leaping off of Frostcrag Spire. That wouldn't have been as enjoyable without fall damage.

especially if there's also a class/perk that lets you not take fall damage

Nah I like fall damage unless it is extreme like OMG I FELL A FOOT (You are dead!).

Heck one of my funniest experiences in a game was from fall damage.

In Elder Scrolls Oblivion there is this place in the shivering isles that had a huge pit in it that you would fall for a while and land in water at the bottom.

Well one time I was looking at my items in my menu and accidentally dropped a book and it went down the hole so I jumped in after it thinking I would pick it up at the bottom. As I am falling I notice I am catching up to the book, and then I hit the book in free fall and it killed my character.

I mean I know knowledge is power, but I didnt know it was that powerful.
