Lucky this wasn't real. If it were real that guy would be fortunate that there are other potential witnesses and that that thug flashed his gun as a warning and didn't draw and wasn't crazy enough to actually try to kill him. The thug could have easily pretended to just go away only to ambush him via the passenger side window. The thug and his friend were easily in the wrong, no doubt, but letting your pride get the better of you, and to start talking shit back to crazy person is a quick way to end up over your head and even lose your life.
