Therefore they owe to the country or countries that created the enviroment in which they were able to be successful. For example say Jeff Bezo's tried to start up Amazon on some random island in the middle of nowhere who's inhabitants were never educated technologically. Heck, in this enviroment Jeff Bezoes himself would never have become educated enough to create Amazon in the first place.
