Drive 10 under the speed limit

Come to an almost complete stop when making a turn

drive at the wrong speed on inclines so i have to keep my car in a lower gear and rev the shit out of my engine

When you all know there is a light that's always red, or build up of traffic coming up around the bend, and you pull right back up beside them 10 seconds later.

Or even better roll past them after they rearended someone a hundred meters down the road.

It's even worse when they keep stopping every few seconds despite them being on a mountain road with nothing else around. I kept my distance from that car

Also people that drive extremely close to the next lane that they are pretty much in the next lane, that really bugs me for some reason

In a single lane road? How would you overtake? Unless you drive partway in the shoulder to give safe space.

I don't recommend tailgating, but it is annoying when you're stuck behind someone that's slow and you're on a road you can't safely pass on.

I drive at the speed I'm comfortable driving. If someone tailgates me, I become comfortable driving under the speed limit

Aside for the highways connecting major cities, the roads here are single lane. However, the roads are also frequently straight and flat, which makes overtaking a lot easier.

The one time I tried to pass someone going like 10 under the speed limit, they sped up to 20 over as soon as I tried.

Cops in my area have speed traps all over the place. One will be hiding in some random dirt road that you may not notice until you are right on top of it, and he has the speed gun. Then a mile down the road you have another cop ready to pull you over. I'll do 5-10 MPH over the limit on some roads, but there is no way I'm risking a ticket because someone is impatient.
