i took the rolaids and it got worse, so I can't take the pepto for at least an hour

Ok, the pain is gone... that's good - now I just need to wait to relax the nerves.

I'm thinking it was either gas or maybe I ate a metal spur KrustyO or something 'cuz my midsection quite visibly distended like 2~3 inches and is now back to normal

That's something that happens to my cousin, he get's terrible pain in his stomach and back and gets anxiety attacks from it. The doctor gave him some medication for it that helps, I forgot to ask what the doctor figured out about it and what it was called. Sucks for him some mornings because he'll be in pain and nauseous and he'll have to take his pills and still wait a half an hour or so for them to kick in

I do take effexor so my attacks are very rare (instead of daily)... I also don't know what it's called

Hey it's Monday so you know what that means!

Do I pizza or do I stick to diet!?

So far my diet is complete failure - caloric slashing does nothing for my weight... unless there are ghost calories in Coke Zero since I drink like a gallon a day of the stuff (hyperbole)

Still looking for a nice exercise machine. Why machine? Because it helps me turn my brain off - when doing dumbells it always feels so deliberate and i overthink my form and how much weight and how many reps and how much water to drink.... .... No, I want an exercise where I just blank out

I'm thinking a whole pizza would be no good, cause you can't have just like two slices if you get a whole pizza lulz, it's like 3000 calories and all the carbs man, so it would like all that weeks dieting just went to waste in a instant.

Do you have to blank out? Why not get a stationary bike and just watch tv while casually peddling along.

having a symptom-triggered panic attack. My hand is a little red and swollen, I was probably sitting on it funny or got stung by a bug... idk, but my first thought it - oh noes, my left arm is numbing, I'm dying. No! Heart is healthy. Oh noes, I feel a twinge in my left side of face and left leg, I'm stroking out! No! Healthy.

Will probably go through this for another 40 minutes.

So in the mean time:

I'm currently playing Skryim since the Special Edition appeared in my library. I currently have a somewhat high Speech skill since I like MONEY

...

But that got me thinking; Has a enemy boss ever (in any game), like, used their speech skill successfully against the player? I mean, typically such situations it's a battle and you can get a perfect speech check to avoid the battle - but speech isn't just persuasion/intimidation checks.

Everyone is different but I'd be willing to share how I calm thyself.

When I know its probably just my head trying to mess with myself, I try meditating, clearing my mind and breathing in deep and tell myself "Will this still bother me in 24 hours?" Usually that relaxes me, because it forces me to acknowledge that, in the end, "everything will be fine".

As for games, I havent ever played Skyrim much but I bothered to mod it a ton and make it look great.
Probably going to play some Sentinel 3 homeworld (towerdefense) or Tropico 5.

Always go with Pepto over Rolaids, Rolaids are basically candy (placebo effect with way too much sugar)

Oh and you draw very very well Lok, pay no mind to the critics in here.. I wish I had 10% of your talent lol. Everything I draw all look the same lmao.
