Depends on the car. I got my stock ST for a little over 17k at 1 year old with an MSRP of nearly 30k, and my Malibu for about 12k at 4 years old and 40k miles. I considered an Evo X Final Edition at 25k max with about 40k miles and early brake and transmission problems, but the seller would budge.

Nothing much more then 20k. But not anytime soon. I'm almost finished with my Nissan Altima loan after several years and regret it dealing when I think of how much more money I'd had otherwise to invest in things actually worth a damn.
