I really loved it when it came out, played through it in a week or so. Think I might revisit it.

I love Link's Awakening, but I still wish they added a second quest. And I don't mean hero mode.

I skipped it when I heard it had that lag, did they ever improve it with patches?

For you, the day Skorpio graced your topic was the most important day in your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.

The problem is that I played the OG Link's Awakening right before they released it so I didn't feel like playing the switch version even though they have their differences. Maybe will give it a try when I'm done with my FF kick.

I didn't think it was all that bad, a couple hitches in the overworld, but nothing that hindered my enjoyment. They never patched it, though.

I like it. It fixes the major flaw the original had, which is an annoying as hell to traverse overworld. They added more warp points to fix retreading boring tiles over and over, and making it seamless cut out the tile transitions that made said traversal a little jarring.

The dungeon creator is nifty. I still need to do a second, minimalist playthrough so that I can make challenging dungeons.

It's a nostalgia trip and nothing else, it's not THAT good. It's fine

It was my first switch game, so I really enjoyed it. I couldn't get into the dungeon creator though

Oh, the lag is often and noticeable, don't let any fanboys tell you otherwise. However, it's insignificant enough that it doesn't affect playability at all, if you know what I mean. It never hinders your ability to move or execute combat.

Probably not worth $60 for those who played it in the past, but otherwise I'd say it's well worth it. They did a great job on the remake.

I'm sure it's very good, but I didn't feel like dropping 60 bucks on it after hearing it didn't change much.
