Ohio Mom, Jennifer Stamper was trying to find a "new normal" for her little ones who are stuck at home because of the stay at home orders that have put their kids into quarantine and out of school..

And because they can't be at school to do the 5 minute PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE they normally do every morning there, she decided just before 9am on school days she and her whole family go out on the street outside of their driveways and do the ceremony there while reciting the pledge!!

9 y/o Zach and 7 y/o Juliette would start the day as if they were in class and have been doing this since last week as the kids take turns holding the flag while pledging their loyalty to america

She said "My kids, when this first started, they were having trouble sleeping at night. The whole purpose of this fleeting thought of mine was let's just have something that we do every morning at 9 o clock that'll be normal. And it wasn't in any way going to be a platform or be political it was just the love of our kids and to show their love for our country"

She floated the pledge proposal to text her neighbors and they thought it was a great idea too so now the whole neighborhood belts out the pledge because it brings them "closer" as a neighborhood but as a country as well..

After the pledge they go inside for 2-3 hours of online lesson while the parents do their remote work in their house.

She said "We're in this together and we're all her in unspoken support that we're going to get through this. Ok, this is what we're doing for now. This isn't forever this is what we're doing now"
