Does this grand heifer deserve the jail time if she continues breaking the law?

She was caught trying to pawn items that filled the entire front yard and spilled into the back that could be seen from Highway 41 as neighbors blew the whistle on her. She kept on doing it despite Republican Governor Brad Little ordering a stay at home order and only allowed for essential busineses as police said a yard sale is not an essential business as she had lookie loos roaming her yard On April 9th, they initially stopped her from her sale and gave her a copy of the order as a second officer saw her doing it again the next day but she said she was just "sorting items". But neighbors called 5-0 again and she was having a full blow out sale and posted on CRAIGSLIST advertising it. When police arrived back she was handed a citation and is duein court on May 8th The husband admits that they broke the order but they were simply tryign to free up space and that fees for renting storage was too costly and they had to make "ends meet" for their SIX children!! Peter said "They told us we couldn't have a yard sale, that it violated the governor's order. I asked them if we could sort some things out on the lawn and if it was OK to sell af ew things to some people. They said sure as long as there's no signs or advertising or anything like that, so we didn't. I talked to my lawyer and he said we're not doing anything wrong under the constitution" Their lawyer will now represent them "pro bono" Caitlin said it's time for the state to OPEN UP again citing there is a low number of deaths and cases compared to other states as they stood outside in protest with signs that said "Respect our Free & Liberty it's yours too. My rights are not granted by a little governor. #CommonSense. #Tyranny" She said she complied with everything and isn't worried as she has a lot of support and they have violated her consitutional god given rights for her freedom in America She wasn't done there as she has a TRUCKLOAD of items soon to arrive as she'll have ANOTHER yard sale and wants EVERYONE to come now after speaking to the media and says everyone has a CHOICE to come or not Do you think this wench deserves Jail if she continues with this?. Idaho doesn't need such orders, as it has no major cities. However, it does have a lot people from other states with second homes there so if the issue of NY flight hasn't been addressed, it should.
