When police arrived at Kleiner Park before 4pm, she was told to leave the area but she REFUSED to leave and police arrested her as she started barking the constitution Then a protest was staged by her and others that was orgnaized by Idaho Freedom Foundation, a conservative organization dedicated to depleting the "power of special interests and free people from government dependency" Police said she and other parents removed METAL SIGNS and CAUTION TAPE surrounding the playgrounds due to COVID-19 as they were repeatedly told it was off limits after someone blew the whistle on them She also invited other parents in the area to use the park if they so choose The officer in the video says "Ma'am, i've told you to exit numerous times. This is it, exit the playground now. I'm really trying to be nice about it" But she refused and reiterated her constitutional rights He gave her 5 seconds and she says "Arrest me for me being difficult, do it. i dare you" She then positioned her hands behind her before the woman recording says "Officer, you don't wanna do it. I'm gonna warn you right now" The sound of jeers were heard from her fellow protesters as her friend SCREAMS out "her kids are here! her kids are here! What is gonna happen?" The police dept made several attempts to ask her to leave but she did not comply adding these are trying times as they support people the right to assemble for a peaceful protest but not one that ignores laws 100 other marsupials showed up as Brady is married to a police detective who told the media she felt she was singled out because she asked too many questions. She is also the founder of Idahoans for Vaccine Freedom and made headlines in 2018 when her then 5 y/o was denied admission to kindergarten for REFUSING THE VACCINE as they are firmly ANTI-VAXXERS!! Thats why people arrested for pot possession didn't get a "get outta jail free" card after decriminalization.
