Gordon Ramsay wouldn't be proud of me, but I'm honestly really happy with how it turned out. The carcass is going into a stock (which is going now), thighs and drumsticks are going into a curry, breasts are probably going to be fed to the cat, but I have zero idea yet. She's an old cat and can't eat the regular dry or wet food without vomiting it up, from just something inside of them.
