But dairy in just about any form except for certain cheeses is about as perishable as it gets. I did got to work for a week (three days) when they quarantined all three people on day shift. But once they found out they were sick, they were able to come back, and I was sent home again. Technically, they never stopped working. Because of my position, I was able to basically get nearly a month off (paid). I did got to work for a week (three days) when they quarantined all three people on day shift. But once they found out they were sick, they were able to come back, and I was sent home again.
