Me personally, it has given me more time to start at home workouts and to focus on eating better

I dunno. My sisters is the only place I can go, so I been putting in work on cleaning her yard for her and her kids. That makes me feel good about my time. Yesterday I started at like 5pm and didn't stop til 11. Just moving and burning sticks to open up her yard.

I finally had time to assemble furniture I ordered online and also upped my alcohol tolerance

Pollution is down.
Car accidents are down.

Ordered a bunch of clothes and shoes online. Wifes gotten around to building shit for the house. Gas is cheap and is lasting a little bit longer than usual.

for me personally:

i'm being more conscious about what i eat

i'm making more of an effort to work out

i've become a lot more disciplined with regards to working on personal creative projects

for the rest of society:

less pollution

less crime

stuff like UBI and an expanded safety net is getting serious attention in a way it hasn't in a long time

less drinking and smoking

more reading

more learning how to cook stuff

Nothing changed for me. Financially I'm saving like $600 a month.

I now have a viable reason to avoid people.

Cheap gas
Can't shop as much so saving money there as well
Can't eat out much without waiting in a long ass line or paying out the ass for delivery so eating lots of healthy home cooked meals

I've spent a lot less on going out, that's for sure. I only spent like 100 bucks last month

Were both wfh and saving about $1000 a month.

Been saving a lot of cash since not much to spend it on anymore other than food. My building said we don't have to pay rent for the next three months.

Depending on how long the $600 unemployment lasts, I may wind up with significantly more money than I would have otherwise.

I quit my job right before the shelter in place and so I'm saving a lot more money (and getting more due to the stimulus and extra unemployment).

Also it has motivated me to do some useful stuff like learning Spanish and looking for interesting volunteer work

Man, I feel like the quarantine stuff hasn't really impacted me much in terms of time and money. I don't know, I'm still going into the office because I can't focus will wfh, and my commute is 15 minutes or less.
I never really ate out, so nothing has changed there.

The main difference has been lack of gym, but I've just started doing cardio more often instead.
