Persona 3 Portable strips the overworld from the game, doesn't include the Answer or animated cutscenes. So yes, you definitely won't enjoy that. I don't think random encounters are a bad thing though, but I understand why people dislike them. I have a much greater dislike for very slow combat systems. Catherine Classic saw the developer's surreal puzzle game come to PC for the first time in January, and it's performed well. Clark hopes it's just the first step. Simply put, Atlus has sole discretion on the subject. I live in that country. It's not as popular here sure, but it depends on the type of game. It's more so that the games they make aren't popular on PC here. When I meet PC gamers here they're playing stuff like Overwatch and Final Fantasy XIV. So it's up to the Western market to create the demand there.
