See post.

From a starting line:
Sprint 25m down and 25m back to the start line
Then drag a 90 pound sled backwards 25m down and 25m back to the start line
Then transition into a lateral (moving sideways) 25m down and 25m back to the start line
Then transition into carrying two 25lb dumbbells (one in each hand) for 25m down and 25m back to the start line
Then to finish you must sprint 25m down and back to the start line

the logic behind why the Army uses meters is because we're an Army that operates in many other countries and those countries use meters so to assist in familiarity, the US Armed Forces uses meters.

Easiest event besides the leg tucks. I finished it in 1:40 without really trying.

I'm pretty sure i'd still be dragging the 90 pound sled down the lane by the two minute mark, although i don't know if i'd be on my way there or back.

Minesweepers don't really work that well if you're going backwards like that.

Back when I was in shape, or if I got back into shape I think it'd be possible. 130 seconds is a fair bit longer than people tend to realize when they're up there being timed for it.

Meters are used in track and field, and pretty much anything running related
