ParanoidObsessive 05/07/20 5:55:48 PM #5:	fyi it also spread quickly because it spread in military trenches, and most places didn't engage in effective quarantine procedures. Which means it reached a level of herd immunity much faster than the current virus will. So if anything, that pretty much guarantees this one will probably last longer. Part of why a vaccine is such a necessity for this - it's not going away any time soon. If you wanted to go overseas, you spend a week or more on a ocean liner.
