Both have been cited as evidence that police have targeted members of the minority community in enforcing social distancing. Its the new stop and frisk, said attorney Sanford Rubenstein. They are not dealing with this issue in the white community, but in the black community, we are being harassed, we are being beaten, community activist Rev. Kevin McCall said. There are a fair amount of white people not wearing masks/staying too close together...but the WORST offenses I've seen have been large groups of latino or black families at grocery stores.
