I only have one set of teeth, I want to make them last, and having crooked teeth makes me care less than I should about my oral health. This has actually significantly improved my breathing already. I guess the positioning of my jaw was causing my mouth and throat to swell because I had my mouth clenched all the time, making it more difficult to breath. The aligner has shifted my jaw forward ever so slightly that my airway is clearer and I can breath easier. It's only been 2 days so far. <cite>lincoln002 posted [p:938927338] in I bought a...
