Last night I fried up some Brussels sprouts and also cooked a porterhouse in it just to see what would happen. Pleasantly surprised with how nice the steak ended up. I still prefer cooking on a fire in my yard but this is super easy for when the weather is too crappy

I heard that for frozen food you don't have to put any oil in? I've read that people toss a tiny bit (like a tablespoon) of olive oil in with frozen fries and stuff. Accolon posted... Air fried steak huh. It cooked a pretty thick porterhouse to a nice medium rare in about 10 minutes. I generally only cook thick cuts of meat outside since it gets really smoky and I prefer cooking on a fire/coals anyway. But this did it quick with no smoke and I didn't have to keep an eye on it. Fortunately this was just an add-on lid that fits over my pressure cooker. I got it mainly to dehydrate peppers and herbs from my garden, so all the cooking stuff is just an added bonus. --- ...
