I would seriously play the fuck out of Kirby Air Ride 2.

It was a fond childhood memory game. I liked the standard racing mode and top ride but City Trial, 7 minutes was seriously the best multiplayer game ever.
My brothers and friend and I used to all compete madly, or just mess around, trying to get the best powerups.
Things would get pretty crazy during the events or when someone got all three pieces of a legendary rider.
NOSTALGIA FLASH.

Omg Airride 2 would be so great with maybe an alternate city trial map, new maps and new rides, omg im gushing thinking about it.
Oh and they better have MASSIVE grid-style checklist. If they dont have that for unlocking alternate colors or pieces, etc, I seriously might not buy it.
Okay I would buy it.

Certainly a better game than all of the other Kirby spinoffs we get nowadays

Problem is, that was done by Sakurai and he barely gets to do stuff outside of Smash

City Trial was great fun but Top Ride was underrated. I used to do 99 laps on the Light stage with my brother. Great music too

Yeah new rides and mechanics, and the Kirby universe has expanded so much since Air Ride, they could add a bunch of characters, like Magalor, Marx, Taranza, Suzie, etc. etc.

You could unlock it for free-play by doing specific things on the checklist or you could obtain the rider by getting all three pieces in city-trial. The pieces only appeared in red boxes specifically, which normally contained the kirby abilites. This meant you were forgoing the chance to get more buffs from the blue boxes. At anytime you could drop a piece if you took a decent hit, though once assembled the rider was yours.
