Who knows. I know of people who've stolen copper wire and tools from construction sites. I know nothing's going to come from this but if anything they need to redo these bullshit laws that make civilians into wannabe super hero cops trying to stop what they suspect is crime. I think arbury had visited that house under construction for months prior, which is why there was a surveillance camera in place. We'll learn more at the trial but like I said, don't expect much.
