Heck yeah I finally beat Mars on my second try (though I grinded quite a lot before attempting since I was scared of losing too much to him...it would be a waste).

I think for most people the story grinds to a halt when you hit the Cabaret Club.

I haven't played them all yet but it's still my favorite Yakuza mini-game.

I am kinda concerned though, Mars' attack during the cabaret battle was making guests left, which was scary enough. Then Jupiter's put all the girls' HP on critical!

Well, time to go and do the story for a bit at least.

The 2 bit mafia at some building told us to meet Billiken, the creepy baby statue also featured in SMT. But it's actually a corrupt cop who knew Nishitani since he was a babe.

...he took us on a pleasure to cruise that SOMEHOW descended into an underground fight club.

Billyken told us to kill three convicts if we want to meet Nishitani.

The first convict is Pennywise.
Second one is a doctor literally called Slashperson.
And the last one is a boxer called...Dead Puncher. Awesome.

Beat them up no problem, though I had to heal once.
Billiken actually had a history with Nishitani...
Well, time to save and continue after getting some zzzs in.

I bought Judgement and I am playing that now after I finished all these Yakuza games. If you want buy it. Good spin off.

So after fighting Nishitani and giving him a boner, we get the name of the people currenttly holding Makoto: Nikkyo Consortium.
And since Nishitani was paid by Shibusawa, turns out the whole Makoto thing is a Tojo infighting.

Youda is acting funny when we want to spy on Mercury. Meanwhile, Yuki is like "Oh, you're going on a recon mission to our next boss fight? Can you buy me VINEGAR while you're there?"

Sera the head of Nikkyo was a tough battle but he couldn't block slime bullets.

Aaand Makoto is off to Kamurocho already. So Kiryu's going to Sotenbori would basically accomplish nothing.

Saggywa shot Sera from behind, the little old coot.

...huh, the business card is specifically Kiryu's. And now Sagawa wants me to go to Kamurocho. The world turned upside down...
