I don't really enjoy them but I know a lot of adults that do. They have a surprising amount of depth and characters to unlock. It's aimed at the collectible fiend.

They're simple. The format has been pretty stable for a good while.
You smash LEGO objects. Build things (usually by holding a button and prescribed things are built for you). Collect LEGO studs as coins. Buy new characters. Find a bunch of "minikit canisters" that can make a little build you can look at. It's usually mission based. Beat some LEGO bad guys and get to the end of a proscribed path to beat a mission kinda stuff. I've written guides for just about all of them. EXCEPT the one that's currently free. --- CyricZ ... They're all "different" from each other in their own ways.
LEGO Movie Videogame has a minigame where you actually build rather than just hold a button. LEGO Hobbit has crafting. LEGO Star Wars: Force Awakens has "multi-builds" and a cover-shooting minigame. LEGO Movie 2 is entirely open-world and pretty crap. --- CyricZ ... Copied to Clipboard!
