Been watching this stuff despite how awful it is and I'm just so confused. Even before the recession, how are so many crappy restaurants still in business while other, better places go under?

Who are these people that would eat at a bad restuarant if the chef and food is so bad?

I dont know if this reality TV stuff is fake or all real, never wanted to watch it and it's still difficult to watch. Just all cringe.

Dude there are Applebees in like every city and 99% of their menu is frozen shit. Restaurants don't need good food to stay in business, they just need really dumb customers.

Is it real? I feel like the server is an actual actress I've seen before, she looks so familiar.

I knew a guy whose favorite restaurant was Chili's (his second favorite was Applebee's).

I'm not looking for hipster opinions though, I'm talking real issues like a lasagna that's actually cold on one side and hot another. Even olive garden and applebees wouldn't have that

A lot of restaurants in Kitchen Nightmare are nearly at the cliff of closing. Sad thing is that many of the restaurants did close shortly after the episode aired.

Honestly a smart business owner would have known when the restaurant is dying and close it before losing too much money.

The owner seems like such a typical cute ditzy airhead that I dont think the restaurant will survive after the Gordon Ramsay chef leaves. Seems like he just provided a temporary fix

Too lazy to watch the video, but there are a couple restaurants that are near me that have been there forever, are always empty and keep in business and I'm positive they are fronts. There's also a "vacuum repair shop" that looks depilated as fuck, and is clearly a front right out of breaking bad

Oh god the comments say that the restaurant did close and they lost their houses and even some of them died? Jesus Christ I feel sad for them right now.
