Definitely starts out slow, but push through the first 4 or 5 episodes at least to decide if you like it or not I'm a huge fan of Naoki Urasawa and I really wish more of his works were adapted to anime, since it's a more accessible medium to a lot of people. It's a good series but damn if the pacing isn't thrown off.
