She didn't come at me begging for money or even asking. She accepted my disability from the beginning. She spoke to me for hours and I basically felt comfortable doing something nice for her. Obviously, I won't make it a daily thing or something unless we become closer. But I'm beginning to wonder if there is such a thing as being too nice to people. I don't really care if goes anywhere serious with this person, although I would like it to. Sometimes at the end of the day it's just nice to help out the less fortunate. I feel good about myself and like I'm making choices with my money that make a difference towards the less fortunate. Yet there's also a part of me that wonders if I should have at least waited a week before doing something nice like that.
