I don't think my issues come from their parenting. Harpie 05/24/20 10:15:39 PM #24:	Fearful and/or Avoidant Attachment. I 100% blame my parents lol they were awful Im working on it, though. Thats the next phase of my therapy. Ive learned to manage my emotions when it directly relates to my past, but now I need to work on myself.
