He and his friend, 19 y/o Dan Vlasenko violated the state's mandatory traveler quarantine as the 2 men were caught while leaving a condo on Lewers Street in Waikiki. They arrived in Oahu in May 16 and stayed at a friend's condo as they quickly flouted Gov. Ige's orders for 14 day mandatory quarantine as they went to various spots in the state... It was also discovered on an instagram post where Zhiryada allegedly shot a chicken with a SPEAR GUN in a video that was shared on social media He pointed a spear gun at 2 chickens in a parking lot as a witness said "Yo, you're mental" and then he shoots the chicken with the gun as friends laugh in the background. Social media helped identify the men as Zhiryada faces quarantine violation and animal cruelty charges with 4500 bail as his friend, Dan was only charged for quarantine vilation with 4000 bail On instagram, Vlasenko appeared to apologize and said "I would like to apologize to anyone who got offended by the video i posted on my social media of my friend shooting a chicken with a speargun. It was insensitive and disrespectful" But screenshots of Zhiryada's instagram showed him BRAGGING about breaking quarantine as he didnt' care about the rules.
