Plain brown rice is your friend. Oatmeal with water instead of milk is also.

Pickles have ZERO calories, I shit you not. If you are hungry, eat some pickles. They are higher in sodium but after a workout it's not necessarily a bad thing, as electrolytes help restore your body.

Celery, carrot sticks, you have options for sure. Drink a lot of water, warm water if you can tolerate it, it will make you feel more full.

yeah bro go for celery and peanut butter. cashews are my favorite as well. don't let up because even though you deserve a reward for your hard work, the long-term reward will make it all the sweeter.

you talking about instant oatmeal? it's usually best to stay away from that stuff. too loaded with needless sugar or sweeteners, and preservatives. best to go with plain old fashioned steel cut oatmeal and put your own flavorings in it, and be very light on the sweeteners.

i heard a banana with peanut butter is a good post workout snack. peanut butter is great as pretty much everyone has already agreed, and the potassium from the banana is very nourishing and replenishing for your muscles.

Damn got the wrong kind then. <__<
