I spend so much money just buying shit to eat at work so I dont have to pack a lunch but damn its starting to add up. Trying to save up for a vehicle but all my money goes to food.

The trick is to eat the same thing every lunch. And skip breakfast. Then you really only ever have to plan dinner really.

I do intermittent fasting, one meal a day. Only eat dinners.

Its great. My life isnt revolving around food. Dont have to plan 3 meals a day.

I often dont really eat meals. I more just kinda eat mini meals/snacks all day every couple hours or so.

Acid reflux does that to ya.

Sometimes if I might eat lunch if I'm hungry enough but a good sized dinner is really all you need

The real trick is to not get so hung up and plan your whole day on what to eat, and utilize what you have at home. Look up some recepies and get creative. If you don't quite have everything, then go shopping and buy what you need, and maybe a couple other things and some snacks.

Or you could go on an IF/keto diet and eat one meal a day or once every other day. That works great too. Better, actually.

Have you tried supplementing your meals with shakes? I like the Breakfast Essentials, personally. Just don't get the high protein ones; they taste salty.

Im bad with shakes. Ill eat and still crave a shake shortly after and I get fat.

what if I made like... rice with meatballs and bell pepper and ate that as a single meal every day, thats gotta be healthier than being a fat fuck right?

as a second opinion.... no :(.
my go to favorite breakfast option: egg, cheese and potato burrito.

eggs taste way better on tortilla than bread.
even bought some salsa this time.
