After they took my money for an in-store pickup order and then closed said store without refunding anything (until I contacted the Better Business Bureau).

I don't know if there is a single company with worse customer service in America.

The one time I had to contact their customer support it took them like 2 weeks to get back to me but it was at least a positive response (getting a $25 voucher I was owed for buying a Switch during an offer)

Right now I have another issue with them but haven't followed up on it yet. Used my points to get a $10 voucher for online use. It won't accept the voucher at all during the checkout phase and says it cannot be applied. I've tried putting in used vouchers to see if that was the issue but that tells you the code has been used so it isn't that. I've tried it on various different products in their store, it doesn't work on any of them at all. Going to wait until month rollover as it may be they only let you use 1 per month even if it isn't specified (I used a different one earlier in the month)

but did you already use it jpreviously?

Something like that happened to me but with the free 5 dollar coupon you get every month

it still appeared, it still said it was valid, but when I tried to use it, it said it could not be added at all

yea turns out I already used it but it just kept showing up lol

For sure I didn't use it. I bought 2 of the same voucher by mistake because when you click the button to buy it, it says you got it but didn't remove the points or have anything appear in my locker or email. So I did the same again and got the same result. Had to log out of the account and back in for it to appear.

I used the first voucher and it worked. When I tried to use the second voucher it says it cannot be applied (to a separate purchase not the same one as the first). If I put the first voucher back in it says that one was already used. So I know the second voucher is still valid, it just won't let me use it. I'm thinking it might be restricted to 1 use per month of each voucher type but doesn't specify it.

I've spent over $500 at Gamestop this month so believe me. Both in store and online. I've tried to use it on a lot of different things and it hasn't worked.
