New York for the most part has done a good job from what I can see. In the latest Cuomo newsletter they linked a to a new early warning system in place that can be viewed by anyone,the state has done really well explaining their plan and providing tools to the people. The objectives each region needs to have completed before they can open up makes sense, and if NYC has completed that then they should open up eventually. The scary thing though is that NYC is NYC, I'm not optimistic any system in place will slow down any potential spread should another wave hit. Even if everyone follows every mandatory guidelines, the city is a powder keg, it's not going to take a big lapse in judgement for something to happen. I'm confident about upstate New York, we've been open up for a while now and everything is still going down at a pretty fast rate, but that's a different beast down there.
