Then he decided to pass me (cut me off), coming inches away from taking my front bumper off. In a fucking semi. Then he proceeded to do the same thing to others. I have his license plate number but couldn't make the call while driving. Now I'm off the highway and wondering if this is even worth reporting since that semi could be anywhere by now.
