A turket wrap and fruit. How in the hell do i keep myself from eating again? Trying to control my portion size. Any tips besides drinking water and sleeping?

Make sure to eat things with fiber, healthy fats, whole grains etc that will help you feel fuller longer.

Depending on what put in your wrap is sounds like you're on the right track
