imagine having a literally infinite supply of money and NOT using 99% of it to improve the world around you and save people from crises

imagine having a literally infinite supply of money and NOT using 99% of it to improve the world around you and save people from crises 1. It's not infinite 2. That's not how it works Having immense wealth does not mean you have a bank account with a balance of 17 billion. You can't just liquidate all your assests and give them away, that would be impossible and fuck up lots of people who would stop you. Stockholders etc. And even if they did, neither Trump or Bezo's could do much to stop a big issue alone. Even with all their money. Without national or global change/efforts, it would be a pointless endevour --- ^ Hey now that's completely unfair! https://imgur.com/yPw05Ob ... Copied to Clipboard!

just giving away money to spread the wealth will only cause inflation to go up.
Think about it. As a charitable billionaire, you're giving away $250k to each household. Now businesses are going to just markup prices on products because more spending money is readily available. Rent will go up. unless they have a monopoly, or form a trust/cartel--which is illegal and results in the federal liquidation of all their assets--they will be undercut by competing businesses who will obliterate their market share and take all of their customers and driving them out of business customers having more assets does not raise the acceptable price of goods, especially if the supply is able to meet the new demand immediately (and in most industries, it is) instead, it results in expansion of the supply, which yields more net business than increases of the price. aka, growth. --- LittleBigPlanet is like merging dress-up with a real game. ...
