We all know this is a problem and has been a problem for a long time.

The problem starts with bad cops and bad supervisers/commanders who enable each other.

Perhaps a system with required body cams....where cops are held responsible if body cams aren't working, and less strikes before they are out.

'I have a dream.' That one day every person in this nation will control their own destiny. A land of the truly free, dammit. A nation of action, not words! Ruled by strength, not committee! Where the law changes to suit the individual, not the other way around. Where power and justice are back where they belong: in the hands of the people! Where every man is free to think - to act - for himself! Fuck all these limp-dick lawyers and chickenshit bureaucrats. Fuck this 24-hour Internet spew of trivia and celebrity bullshit! Fuck American pride! Fuck the media! FUCK ALL OF IT! America is diseased. Rotten to the core. There's no saving it - we need to pull it out by the roots. Wipe the slate clean. BURN IT DOWN! And from the ashes, a new America will be born. Evolved, but untamed! The weak will be purged and the strongest will thrive - free to live as they see fit, they'll make America great again! Only truly effective solutions I can think of, involve some form of redefining preconceptions & social dynamics regarding race & mass screening our entire legal system from top to bottom in a completely transparent manner, leaving no room to cover up, conceal, or omit anything. Anything short of that is nothing but a bandage.

Again, we all know there are plenty of bad cops and bad admin who enable them. This guy is a perfect example who had several complaints which didn't effect him in the slightest. Cops have way too much job security and only seem to be fired when shit hits the news and its for PR reasons. And they shouldn't be on "paid leaves" while under murder investigations.

And filing charges against a cop shouldn't be a huge deal. It should be more normal.

Starship Troopers it...make it a civil service require everyone to do 2 years of it or military service to get your right to vote, place those in the police force in their actual community....also make that qualified immunity or whatever its called not a get out of jail free card.
