It's mostly white males seen smiling and kneeling down on their friend's necks on the heinous act as screenshots were shared across social media. One horrified student sent dailymail a photo of one of their classmates partaking in the challenge of a white teen kneeling on a neck of a brown COW!! The officer may have done the act, but it's the protestors who popularized it and, in all likelihood, are the people that the actors want to troll. Then you could also blame everybody who helped turn it into a meme, both the reeanctors and those who chose to spread it. At the end of the day, the person who agrees to be photographed doing something potentially dangerous is guilty as the one who accidentally kills them in the act of doing that stupid thing.
