I still feel hella depressed right now.

What the heck can I even do to feel better? Presumably it's in my power to feel better, right?

How's your diet look? I got off my anti depressants 2 months ago after beginning to consume 3000mg of fish oil per day. Your diet is huge, the fish oil helped me when my diet in order, try taking fish oil and multivitamin gummies every day and eating some kind of fruit with every meal you have.

It's ok to have down days. It's not something that's always in your control. You can work on finding strategies that bring you out of that hole. I can watch Whose Line is it Anyways clips on youtube and always laugh, but even still that might only help for a certain amount of time.

Depression's a fuck.

Um, what's your favorite TV show? Even when I was at my lowest, I could put on an episode of MST3K and if not fully come out of it, at least be able to get myself back together to neutral.

I don't really have shows or entertainment that makes me feel better. When I try to have "fun" it feels like going through the motions more than anything. I don't want to be negative or defeated though. It's just unfortunately my experience.

I'll try fish oil and vitamin D, hopefully that's most of it.

What antidepressants were you on? Are you happy now?

Magnesium is a common deficiency and supposedly can have a positive effect on depression. Might be worth giving it a shot too.
Don't get magnesium oxide though, as it's not easily absorbed - try magnesium citrate or lactate instead.

I was on sentraline 25mg. Yep, I'm as happy as one can be considering my current state. It's good to have some fitness goals too, walking is an excellent strategy. You can also try green tea 3 times a day for depression as well. It's crucial to get a good diet. I would Def do the multi over the vitamin d, I think the multi have vitamin d, but depression can be due to a nutrient/chemical deficiency, I knew the fish oil was working when I felt like my brain got smaller in my brain, I felt a relief of pressure in my skull.

Good job committing to your screenplay. Do you have the outline of your story yet?

Oh no, it's a spec script for a tv show, I've been working on it for like 2 years now, it's basically done. I'll probably do a couple more pass throughs but that shouldn't take too long.

You've completed a script for a TV pilot without ever making an outline for it?

Yes. I've written a few scripts over the years and I've never really written a formal outline. I'll write down some thoughts/ideas, and often I might write later scenes first and fill in gaps and stuff too.

Nope. :( I've been working on it and unemployment but it looks bad for both.
