A Chad will have doors and windows opened for him left and right on looks alone. And as long as Chad gets with someone who doesn't care about his lack of a personality, everyone lives happily ever after. An unattractive man has to put in effort (how much depending on how unattractive) to make the magic happen. He might need to be about something big, or be very committed, or have lots of resources and experience to share.
