Like I wasn't a total shut in as a kid or anything. Had a sex life and went to parties. But do you ever feel kinda like, outside of society? Like I just get this aloof feeling even when I'm around family. Like I'm not hated, but I just don't really feel like I belong here. This isn't suicidal or anything, I am not depressed. I just kinda feel like I don't really belong with any group, like I'm outside of society if that makes sense.

Yes. I was abused by my parents, and never allowed out. I mean, I was allowed to play outside, I was never allowed to interact with anyone except in school. Then I was bullied there too. I was always shy, so it eventually led to me being a total shut in. Once I started spending all my time inside I wasn't really allowed out of my room.
So, yeah, very socially stunted which led to anxiety issues when I have to interact with anyone outside my immediate family. Which just led to me feeling completely out of place and unwanted. I don't know how to fix it, and at this point in life it looks like it'll never get better. Thought for a while I fit in here, but I ruined that too.
