...Super Street Fighter II.
So much fun to play. Good number of characters, i.e. 16, the characters themselves are very interesting, the graphics have aged reasonably well, plenty of iconic music, and it's generally really enjoyable as an experience. Beats out all the Street Fighter IIIs, the Street Fighter Alphas (easily), Street Fighter IV, and even the other Street Fighter IIs. I still enjoy playing the various IIs, but obviously things kept developing until we had Super Street Fighter II, and, despite the fact that SSFIIT is the most "advanced" of those games, the turbo setting and certain small tweaks make it slightly weaker. --- Sunhawk's main alternate account.
