I know there was that brief window on PC in which you could buy the ODST campaign alone and it was priced cheaper than Reach and the others, but I would imagine that anyone that bought the whole collection would it get it free. --- I make a topic in Final Fantasy 12 to ask if Tifa! ODST is worth $5 and Reach is worth $10 imo, and I don't mind a little reward for early adopters. I think the Reach multiplayer was free for everybody though, so this will probably be the same. Edit: I also bought on physical, so I'm not sure if that effects anything. As an aside, I really hope the next update addresses the Reach campaign sound issues. Finished 1, 2, 3, and ODST campaigns over the last few months and I'm really looking forward to play Reach again.
