DMC5 is great man. My only complaint is the middle levels being all those red underworld levels. I like a little more variety. There is no other game with such seamless, fun, and engaging gameplay. You can literally cycle through all your weapons and combo

5 is amazing. I played all the games on release and have replayed them many times. It's a great entry. The only one that is bad is 2. But 1 had aged poorly in a lot of ways.

I wouldn't call it overrated. People like it, acknowledge flaws and can talk about it without praising it blindly.
Something like Skyrim is overrated. It has been milked to death by the developers and people eat it right up. DMC games in general are always flawed but like 80% solid fun. --- People are afraid of what they don't understand. ... Copied to Clipboard!

DMC5 is not overrated lol. A large portion of the fanbase still think DMC3 is the best thing to happen since sliced bread.
