The closest thing to "Mexican white rice" I've had would be something like jambalaya and if that counts then it's absolutely better just plain white rice from Japan.

I don't think anything beats the instant Korean white rice (those CJ Hetbahns), mostly because they developed that shit to be used by astronauts and the entirety of Korea. I mean yeah they lack absolute any nutritious value but they're the goddamn best tasting rice I've ever had.
