I probably cry like once a week or so. Not that I feel depressed or bad about anything in my life but I work for CPS and have to deal with some fucked up shit to be very blunt

Memorial Day last year. I used to cry pretty frequently when I was drinking. Not only while drunk but just in general. My depressive episodes and general mood fluctuations have improved tremendously without alcohol wrecking my system but it seems like not enough to just not cry.

Things that used to make me cry or would have made me cry if I were still drinking don't really move me. I got close a couple of times but it's just like "meh, nvm." I'm not intentionally forcing myself to refrain from crying or anything. I don't see anything wrong with it and tbh I'd like to enjoy the catharsis of having a good cry sesh but it's not happening for whatever reason.

Depends on what you mean. If you mean like tearing up or feeling those kinds of emotions (but not like really crying or letting it out much), then I do it semi regularly. But I don't really consider that like a good cry.

Last time I had a really sorrowful cry was last July when my cat died. I bawled so hard in a way I hadn't cried in a really long time.

last time it was a real authentic cry and about something in my real life, was when a cat died. I was holding her when she was very weak and I couldn't stop crying. she ended up passing away that night

On Saturday. My aunt called wanting some help with her business and my husband volunteered to go. Normally my uncle would do everything with her building but he passed away last month. Just made me tear up thinking about it and hearing her voice. They were married 47 years. My husband went over there so he is awesome and Im very appreciative of him.

I mean technically I cry every day because every time I yawn my eyes water lol. But in terms of actually crying, it was probably like 6 years ago, but that was due to unbearable physical pain. Got a minor operation done a few days later and went to class within the hour lol. Pretty eventful morning I had that day.
